1.A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. The balance is due upon delivery of the order. A final invoice will be issued before delivery and arrangement for payment of the outstanding amount will be made before delivery proceeds. Please note deposits are non-refundable. Ownership in all goods supplied in terms of this quotation or any variation hereof shall remain vested in Leonardo Interior Design CC until the contract price shall have been paid in full. Any goods supplied and affixed to the owner`s property shall be deemed to be movable and shall not accede to the property until payment of the contract price shall have been paid in full.
2.Prices quoted are Ex Works, Johannesburg. Shipping and delivery, locally and overseas can be arranged.
3.Packing is not included. We can arrange for goods to be packed by professional packers.
4.We are not responsible for damage to goods occurring after they have left our premises.
5.Goods are to be inspected at the time of collection. No claims will be recognised, unless made in writing within 7 days of acceptance of the goods. All risk or loss or damage of the goods shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.
6.Custom orders will require full payment before manufacturing can begin. Custom orders cannot be exchanged. (A custom order is one that deviates from the Leonardo Design catalogue.)
7.Specific electrical requirements must be confirmed with the order. (There may be additional charges for such requirements.)
8.We do not give refunds or credit notes for goods returned. (We may try and sell returned items on the customer's behalf.)
9.Prices are to be confirmed at time of ordering.
10.Delivery times are subject to availability of materials used. Our normal delivery time 4- 6 weeks after receipt of confirmed order/deposit.
11. 2.5% interest will be charged monthly on over due COD payments.
12. Storage of Goods: Leonardo Design will only store goods for clients once payment is made in full. Should clients not pay the balance of the goods due when the goods are ready, irrespective of the reason for the delay of delivery, Leonardo Interior Design cc will charge 2.5% of the value of the invoice on a monthly basis. And goods will only be released until payment is made in full.
13. Leonardo Interior Design CC reserves all of our rights in any matter that may arise.
14. CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
15. Electronic payments can take 48 hours to reflect on our bank statement. Cash payments can take up to 48 hours to reflect on our bank statement. |
